Hot pressing adhesive with hardener.
Base: urea-formaldehyde condensation resin.
Application: veneering on chipboard, non-combustible A2 boards, etc. wood materials.
According to our processing methods, at a pressing temperature of at least 100 °C, emission class E1 values ​​​​according to EN 16516 and CARB 2 are achieved even after veneering, if the base materials themselves also reach E1 or CARB 2 (corresponds to E05 standard DIN 717-1).
Consumption: 100–150 g/m² depending on the surface.
Pressing time in hot presses:

• 100°C pressing 3 min. + material heating 1 mm 1 min.;
• 120°C pressing 2,5 min. + material heating 1 mm 0,5 min.

Mixing ratio: 100 parts by weight of adhesive powder 50 parts by weight of water (18–20 °C).
Pot life of the working mixture at 20°C - approximately 7 hours.
