Hot press adhesive with built-in hardener.
Melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with fast curing time.
Application:

• veneering;
• plywood bonding;
• suitable for hard and soft woods.

Consumption: 100–150 g/m² depending on the surface.
Pressing time at 20 °C - 4,5 hours.
Pressing time in hot presses:

• 60°C pressing 6 min. + material heating 1 mm 2 min.;
• 80°C pressing 2 min. + material heating 1 mm 2 min.;
• 100°C pressing 40 seconds + material heating 1 mm 1 min.

Mixing ratio: 100 parts by weight of adhesive powder to 50 parts by weight of water (18–20 °C).
Pot life of the working mixture at 20 °C is approximately 2,5 hours.
