Tubular Core Particleboard

Tubular Core Particleboard, also known as tubular chipboard or hollow core particleboard, is a specialized engineered wood product widely used as a core material for interior door manufacturing.

This material combines a lightweight structure—often reducing weight compared to solid particleboard—with excellent strength and stability.

Its unique tubular internal structure provides high impact resistance, sound insulation, and improved fire resistance, making it ideal for sound-proof and fire-proof doors.

Tubular core particleboard is cost-effective and environmentally friendly, often manufactured using recycled wood particles bonded with low-emission adhesives.

Its consistent thickness and reduced swelling make it suitable for precise door construction, supporting high-quality finishes like HPL or veneered HDF.
