PVAc adhesive with open time 6-10 min. at 20 ºC.
Moisture resistance class D3 according to DIN/EN 204 with hardener 303.5 ME corresponds to class D4.
KLEIBERIT 300.0 with KLEIBERIT 303.5 ME is tested according to EN 14257 (WATT 91).
KLEIBERIT 303.0 complies with IMO FTP Code Part 5 and Part 2.
Frost resistance during transport: -30 ºC.
Areas of application:

• gluing of windows, doors, stairs, furniture, etc. wooden products;

• production of glued panels and beams;

• gluing of solid and exotic woods;

• suitable for veneering and HPL gluing;

• high-frequency gluing;

• suitable for use in shipbuilding.

Consumption:

• 100–130 g/m² for veneer work;

• 150–200 g/m² for solid wood gluing.

The application rate depends on the surface structure and the application equipment used.
