2-component polyester-based putty

Application: For repairing defects in wooden and plastic surfaces exposed to heavy use (furniture, doors, floors, windows, corners), both indoors and outdoors.

Product properties

General: Unsaturated polyester resins, fillers, and pigments.
Chemical resistance: Resistant to household cleaning agents.
Lightfastness: Very good. 
Repainting: The repaired area can be coated with almost all known lacquer systems. It is recommended to test before use in the final product.

Technical instructions for use 

Preparation of the surface: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease.
Application: Mix the required amount of filler thoroughly with approximately 2% hardener and prepare for use within 4-5 minutes.

Please note: adding too little hardener will prevent complete polymerization. Under unfavorable conditions, structural damage to the filler and discoloration of the subsequent coat of varnish may occur.

When applied to large flat surfaces, BAOLIT 260 Transparent (clear) may dry out so that it does not perform its functions. The decisive factor is the ratio of mass to area. The higher the area-to-mass ratio, the greater the likelihood that oxygen in the atmosphere will prevent the top layer from hardening properly. The material remains sticky and difficult to sand.
The packaging must be closed immediately after use.

Storage time: 12 months. Store in a dry and cool place.
