Special contact adhesive for the upholstery industry based on synthetic rubber dissolved in solvents.

Areas of application:

• for bonding different foam materials to each other, as well as to wood materials, cardboard, glass fiber and textile materials;

• for fleece, rubber fibers, coconut boards.

Advantages:

• high proportion of dry residues;

• good sprayability;

• mainly one-sided use;

• good heat resistance;

• flame retardant.

The adhesive is applied with a spray gun (nozzle diameter: 1,3-1,7 mm/pressure 3-4 bar).

Adhesive consumption:

• one-sided application - about 60 g/m²;

• double-sided application - 2x about 30 g/m².
