For this reason, it is advisable to carry out preventive tests with different types of finishes in order to optimize the performance of the product.
Mechanical characteristics: The mechanical properties of a dyed natural wood veneer are strongly dependent on the type of support used, the bonding method, the type, and the chemical nature of the varnishing cycle. For these reasons, it is advisable to carry out preventive tests considering the intended use, in order to optimize the product performance.
Aesthetical characteristics: Natural wood veneers have a variability in structure due to the very nature of the original tree. The color may show tolerances when compared to a master sample. Furthermore, the final color of the finished product is influenced by the cycle and the chemical nature of the finishing products used.
