Polyurethane assembly hot melt adhesive in cartridges. To use this adhesive, you need a suitable hot melt gun for these cartridges, for example from REKA. PUR hot melt adhesives provide significantly denser joints compared to EVA hot melt adhesives.

Advantages:

• heat resistance up to +150 °C;
• cold resistance up to -30 °C;
• excellent durability even if the adhesive joint is exposed to steam.

Adhesive properties:

• base – polyurethane;
• density – approx. 1.3 g/cm3;
• colour – ivory;
• processing temperature -130–150 °C.

PUR hot melt adhesives require moisture for their chemical reaction, so sufficient air humidity must be ensured during processing.
The chemical hardening of the adhesive joint takes approximately 1–2 days depending on the humidity. The final adhesive strength is achieved after approximately 7 days.
