Permanently elastic construction adhesive based on polyurethane. Curing occurs as a result of a reaction with moisture.
Shade: 566.0 – grey, 566.5 – white, 566.4 – black.
Application areas:

• for bonding and sealing of metals, varnished metal sheets, wood, plastic, natural stone, ceramics, clinker, brick, concrete, etc. materials;

• gluing in shipbuilding KLEIBERIT 566 meets the requirements of IMO FTPC part 5 and part 2.

Advantages:

• emission class A+ according to French Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) regulations.

Product features:

• base – polyurethane;

• density at 20 °C – 1.15 (1.16) +/-0.02 g/cm³ depending on the color;

• consistency – pasty;

• temperature resistance of the cured adhesive -40 °C to +90 °C (short-term up to 120 °C);

• open tack time – approx. 1 hour, depending on weather conditions;

• hardening at 23 °C/50% relative humidity – approx. 3 mm in 24 hours.

The parts to be glued must be free of dust and grease. It is recommended to clean the surfaces with KLEIBERIT 820.0 or acetone.
