Application:

• manufacture of sandwich elements, e.g. EPS/polystyrene, PUR foam or mineral wool as core material and synthetic panels, coated metal sheets, OSB plasterboard, etc. materials as surface layer;

• bonding in shipbuilding - KLEIBERIT 503.9 complies with INO FTP Code Part 5 and Part 2.

Consumption: 100-200 g/m2 depending on the material.
Color: amber.
Open time of the adhesive (tack time) approx. 13-17 minutes at 20 °C and 50% relative humidity.
Pressing time at 20 °C with wetting approx. 30 min.
