Areas of application - production of windows, doors, glued wooden panels and elements, production of garden furniture and terrace boards from coniferous deciduous and exotic woods.
Types of bonding: dovetail joints, longitudinal growth, lamination of boards and window frames by hot, cold and high-frequency bonding.

KLEIBERIT 304.5 with hardener KLEIBERIT 808.0, tested according to WATT 91 see IFT test report No. 20-002110-PR02 from December 14, 2020. Very high adhesion strength, also with hardwood and exotic wood.

Preparation of the adhesive:

• KLEIBERIT 304.5 + 10 parts by weight of hardener 808.0;
• for mixing use a hand drill or a mixing device equipped with a stirring blade;
• pot life of the working mixture (20 °C) - approx. 120 minutes;
• the adhesive cannot be used without hardener.

Application methods:

• manually using a brush, spatula or glue roller;
• glue application equipment.

Open time of glue: 8–10 minutes.
Consumption: 120-200 g/m2.
Pressing time at (20 °C) approx. 60 min.
