SOLVENT-BASED CONTACT ADHESIVE
Areas of application:

• joining the following materials with wood, metal and mineral materials:

  • plastics - especially suitable for PMMA, PA PC, ABS, NBR, PS, ceramics, GFK epoxy resins, GFK polyester, HPL laminate, CPL laminate, etc. Not suitable for expanded polystyrene;

  • metals - electrolytically galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, brass, lead foil, etc.;

  • mineral materials - glass, ceramics, etc.;

  • veneer, leather, synthetic leather.

Properties of the adhesive joint:

• further processing immediately after bonding (due to high initial strength);

• reaches final hardness after 3 days;

• no tendency to brittleness;

• heat resistance approx. 80 ºC without hardener;

• heat resistance up to 100 °C with hardener;

• good resistance of the adhesive joint to aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohol, water, diluted alkaline and non-oxidizing acids.

Application methods:

• with a brush, notched trowel;

• with special adhesive application equipment;

• application rate - 125-150 g/m² per surface.
